Stephanie McDonald is a Nurse Practitioner in the Thoracic Oncology Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she specialises in providing advanced care for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other thoracic malignancies. Stephanie works closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised treatment plans, manage side effects, and support patients and their families throughout their cancer journey.

 

Stephanie is actively involved in research and education, contributing to the evolving landscape of NSCLC and SCLC care. She has presented at national and international conferences, sharing insights on innovative therapies and best practices in thoracic oncology nursing. Her work has been published in esteemed journals such as the Journal of Cancer Research, The Journal of Clinical Oncology, The Oncologist, and Journal of The Advanced Practitioner in Oncology. Most recently, she co-authored a nurse resource guide on Bispecific T Cell Engagers in solid tumors, further highlighting her commitment to advancing oncology nursing knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
